This program is designed on a 5-month schedule, even though you can go through it at your own pace and have access to the material for 12 months. We strongly suggest that you go slowly, listen to a new lesson every 2 weeks — or longer if necessary — attend live sessions with Mitra to ask questions, and take your time to practice before moving forward to the next lesson. It is only then that you’ll benefit from the teachings offered in this program. Our previous participants have told us that each time they listen to the same lesson, they benefit more as they hear/learn something new, we assume you would too.
